We are looking to create an inviting team that values a work-life balance (perfect for busy moms!) We’re looking for women who are enthusiastic, driven, and excited to share a brand they love with others. Whether you’re looking to earn extra income, build a small business, or just want to be part of something special, we’d love to have you join our team.

As a sales associate and ambassador, you’ll have the opportunity to represent our brand and sell our timeless, heirloom baby clothes while earning commission or store credit — whichever works best for you! You’ll also have the chance to host trunk shows, where you can connect with other parents and showcase each collection in a fun, social setting.

Commission Structure

Become a Baby Dunn Hostess and get welcomed into a warm and inviting community of moms who love traditional children’s clothing. It’s effortless and enjoyable!

Each season, our representatives will market and sell Baby Dunn through their social media channels and private showcases. They will craft a private shopping experience for a collection preview of each launch.

Representatives can earn sales commission or store credit by their personal shopping experiences and referral link. The commission structure starts at 12% and goes up to 18%.
