At Baby Dunn, every piece is thoughtfully created and we want you to love your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, we are here to help. Please review our guidelines below for returns, exchanges, and shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

You are eligible for store credit within 10 days of delivery on full-price items. Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible. Orders placed with promotional or influencer codes, or items from our final sale section, are also excluded.

Store credit cannot be applied to sample pieces or items offered at significant discounts.

We are happy to assist with exchanges when sizing isn’t quite right. Note your request in the return form, send back the original item, and we’ll ship the updated size at no additional shipping cost. Purchases made with promotional codes, influencer codes, during sales, or from our final sale section are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.

We provide tracking details for every order. While we take great care in dispatching your package, Baby Dunn cannot assume responsibility for items lost or delayed once they are in transit with the carrier.

Final Sale Items

All Final Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange. Orders placed with promotional discount codes are also considered FINAL SALE.
